Customer success stories, otherwise known as case studies, are my favorite part of my job as a software sales rep because they are proof that we (my team and I) truly made a positive impact on a given company and their employees.
The beginning of a sales cycle is centered around diagnosing the problem (in collaboration with the prospective customer) to define whether you (and your product) have the necessary capabilities to solve for the challenges.
The end-result or the architecture of the solution is the culmination of all of the business and technical requirements that were gathered during the sales cycle and implemented in order to achieve the desired positive outcomes.
